You have questions.

I have answers.

(And no silly ones exist here.)

Getting Started

Book a free chat through my contact page. It will be a genuinely relaxed conversation. Think of it like catching up with someone who already gets it. Most people come away feeling lighter just from talking it through, which says a lot about how much you have been carrying.

Welcome, you are in very good company. Most people start here. They know something feels broken or overwhelming, they just cannot name it yet. That is completely fine. Naming it together is part of what I do. I am very good at listening to what sounds like word soup and turning it into an actual plan.

It depends on the service.

My hourly business support is flexible and built custom around what you need. However, I ask for a minimum three-month commitment when we begin. This gives us time to settle in, get systems organised and make real progress. It’s also usually around the time we stop being “just working together” and start becoming the kind of people who send each other memes and voice notes.

Design packages are one-off projects. The Canva VIP Day is booked 2 weeks in advance. We will work out what makes the most sense for you in our chat.

Absolutely! I work virtually with businesses all over Australia and around the world. My longest client and I have worked together for over 8 years and have never met in person, she is in New Zealand. All I need is good Wi-Fi and a human on the other end.

How We Work Together

The short answer: most things. Inbox management, calendar wrangling, client communications, onboarding, CRM and data management, ClickUp and project management, team comms, SOPs and systems, Klaviyo email design, Canva design work, social media scheduling and the general ‘please for the love of everything just deal with this’ category. If it is living in your brain when it should not be, that is mine now.

However suits you best! Slack, WhatsApp, email or ClickUp. I do LOVEEE Slack and I love a voice note and I am genuinely here for the ‘okay so this is going to sound like a total ramble but bear with me’ voice memos. Send them. I am ready for it all.

I work Monday to Friday during standard business hours. I do not work weekends – those days are for my family, my dog Alfie and whatever the weather is doing out on the property. I think it is important you know that from the start because I believe in healthy boundaries and I think you should have them too. Rest is not laziness. It is how we keep going.

A little bit at the start. I want to understand your brand, your clients and how you like things done. But I pick things up fast and I am proactive. Most clients are genuinely surprised by how quickly I just start knowing things. That is years of experience combined with actually caring about the outcome.

Completely normal especially for mums with little ones whose weeks look wildly different depending on sick kids, nap schedules, launches and life generally doing its thing. If it is a quiet week, we coast. If it is a ‘everything is happening at once and I cannot cope’ week, I am all hands on deck. The flexibility is genuinely the whole point.

Your package locks in my time just for you, no Hunger Games, no “sorry I’m booked” emails. You get priority space in my calendar, guaranteed. I’ll check in regularly and if you’re unsure what to delegate, I’ll help gently pry tasks out of your hands like a concerned friend taking scissors away from a toddler.

Services and Packages

Everything is clearly listed on my Services page so there are zero surprises. Take a little peek.

Both. Business support is a monthly 10-hour package and fully flexible as it is built custom around what you need right now. Design work is project-based and priced as one-off packages. We will figure out what makes the most sense for you when we chat.

Yes, social media design is included in my 10-hour monthly business support package. Your hours can be split however makes sense across admin, operations and design. All of it, one package.

I focus on the design side, beautiful graphics, templates and building a cohesive visual presence for your brand. Captions and scheduling can be included as part of your business support hours. We will work out what that looks like for you specifically when we chat.

Payment and Invoicing

Yes, always, a little agreement but not a lock-in contract. Before we start, a proper contract and service agreement is drawn up and signed by both of us. It covers scope, expectations, hours, confidentiality and everything that matters. A professional agreement so we can both get on with the actual work.

I can provide pricing to you or view my prices from this website on my services page.

Everything is paid in advance including your monthly hours. I have a little rule I live by: I don’t work unless I’m paid and neither should you. It keeps things clear, professional and respectful on both sides. Design packages also are paid upfront to lock in your spot.

I accept bank transfer and PayPal. All details are outlined in your service agreement and on your invoice.

The Experience

Most people feel it in the first week. Not because I am magic though that is up for debate but because handing tasks to someone you genuinely trust changes your headspace immediately. You stop carrying it all. One client told me it felt like taking off a backpack she had been wearing so long she forgot it was there. That one lives in my heart.

Warm. Funny. Completely invested. Like having a highly organised, very capable friend who also happens to do brilliant design work and will not judge you for the state of your inbox. I will hype you up when you need it, tell you the honest truth when that is more useful and keep things moving even when life gets properly messy. I am a mum too. I know exactly what it costs to keep it all going. I have got you.

I want you to feel like you’ve finally got someone in your corner who just gets it, just solid support.

My clients become long-term partners and often, friends. I genuinely care about your business, your family and your wellbeing. Your wins feel like my wins. I am in it with you not just ticking off a task list.

Heck no. I keep my client list intentionally small so I never have to give anyone a half-hearted version of me. When I am at capacity I say so, clearly and straight away. You will never feel like an afterthought here. That is something I simply will not compromise on, full stop.
